EXPERIENCE

As a small business owner & entrepreneur, I appreciate and understand that one size does not fit all.

I enjoy and take pride in the exploration to develop bespoke solutions aligned with your organization's culture, growth state & resources.

I am engaged with clients from entrepreneurs business leaders, career aspirants, community foundations, regional & national nonprofits, universities, and state & the US government.

I worked for over 2 decades   at Warner Bros Discovery, as the company evolved from a private to public company, grew internationally, acquired and merged with other businesses, and expanded platforms.

I built & led a global client service organization & center of excellence, and managed across a matrixed, hybrid & multinational workforce across iconic content & personalities e.g., MythBusters, Deadliest Catch, Storm Chasers, American Chopper, Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe, Man vs. Wild with Bear Grylls, Roland Garros, Olympics, etc. and brands e.g, Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, Oprah Winfrey Network, MotorTrend, CNN, HBO, Eurosport, etc.

In Internal Communications, I collaborated on new ways to engage employees, and created access to and messaging from executives to create a “One Discovery” culture.

Passionate about nonprofits and community, I began my career at national federation-model nonprofit organizations, where I led capacity building, leader coaching and organizational development, and training with community-based chapter volunteer leaders and in coalitions.

Additionally and in parallel to my corporate career, I provided pro bono consulting and leader coaching to high profile and high potential leaders and professional staff.

I currently volunteer serving on the national nonprofit best practices National Council of the Standards for Excellence Institute, as the Workforce Readiness chair and board of Shenandoah Valley SHRM,  on the board development committee of Friends of the Middle River, and volunteered with the Shenandoah Community Capital Fund.
