Coaching Packages

Coaching 1:1 with Executives, Leaders & High Potentials

One on one (1:1) coaching centered in organizational issues/goals for a series of 1 hour sessions (1-4x/ month) for 6-24 months.


 

Coaching 1:1 centered in Change Management

One on one (1:1) coaching centered around change management initiatives for a series of 1 hour sessions (1-4x/ month) for 6-24 months.

Coaching 1:1 centered in Career Change 

One on one (1:1) coaching centered around career change for a series of 1 hour sessions (1-4x/ month) for 6-24 months.


 

Coaching & Connections Cohort (1:1 & Group)

Coaching cohorts of 4-10 people at a similar peer level who are nominated/ interested in learning more about themselves and engaging others for 6-24 months. 

Each person experiences one on one (1:1) coaching for 1 hour session every other month, and convenes as a group in the month in between for group coaching for 1-1.5 hours facilitated around a topic that comes up from the individual sessions and/or at the group session.
 

Coaching  Cohort (Group only)

Coaching cohorts of 4-10 people at a similar peer level who are nominated/ interested in learning more about themselves and engaging others for 6-24 months with a series of 1-2 hour group coaching sessions each month with the agenda of each session driven and owned by the group. 

Does not include 1:1 coaching.

Coaching 1:1 centered in Management/ Leadership Development Program

An extension of your current management/ leader development programs to continue translating the training/ learning into practice with a series of 1 hour coaching 1:1 sessions with individuals (1-2x month for 6-24 months) to continue translating the training/ learning into practice with the agenda of each session driven and owned by the individual.

What IS coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of professional or organizational goals, and implementation of a strategy/plan to achieve them.

 

What can I expect?

The process engages you to

  1. Identify the issue/ goal/ result that you want to achieve, e.g., organizational, leadership, career, etc.
  2. Explore the behaviors that you aim to exhibit, i.e., explore own style in addressing/ facing the issue/goal/ result.
  3. Identify what’s getting in the way.
  4. Clarify expectations.
  5. Outline next steps.
  6. Identify people around you from whom you need support/ engagement/ interaction (team, supervisor, colleagues, board, etc.).
  7. Clarify expectations about what’s needed from/of them.
  8. Outline next steps to communicate those expectations with others, and clarify what they need from/ expect of you.
  9. Revisit and revise as you determine.

Note that this is not necessarily a linear path. Space for grace with yourself is important.

Coaching is 

  • flexible in terms of sessions (1:1, observations, teams, etc), 
  • organic in terms of being responsive to what comes up for you & with you, 
  • structured in terms of accountability & expectations,
  • aligned with the organizational result the you are after,
  • available for leaders & executives navigating change within their organizations & careers.

Facilitation Packages

Be at the table, engaged and participating with the support of skilled facilitator. 

Circle Facilitation: Leader Engagement

An intentional grouping of 6-10 people from same area/ different departments/organizations at a similar peer level who are nominated/ interested in peer support/ leadership development focused on a particular leadership/ organizational priority related article/ theme for discussion with facilitated monthly circles of 1-2 hours for 6-24 months.

Circle Facilitation: Leader Collaboration

An intentional grouping of 6-10 people from different departments/organizations at similar peer level who are nominated/ interested in learning from one another and creating a dedicated space/time to gather to offer collaborative problem solving. 

Facilitated monthly circles for 1 hour include check-ins, listening for themes, and supporting “hot seat” opportunities for peers to weigh in with ideas to support solutions raised by a member(s) of the Circle, e.g., looking for creative ideas, support, approaches to business / organizational issues, etc.

Facilitation & Design: Team Building, Retreats, Offsites, etc

In collaboration with a leader(s), identify goals and outcomes, develop agenda, create segments/workshops, and facilitate event towards team building, leadership development, planning, retreat, offsite, etc. for staff, teams, boards, coalitions, etc. Services may include planning as well as segment subject matter expertise in whole and/or in partnership with existing tools, services and resources.

Circle Facilitation: Management / Leadership Development Program Extension

An extension of your current management/ leader development programs to continue translating the training/ learning into practice with facilitated monthly circles for group coaching of 1-2 hours for 6-24 months of the participants for peer support/ leadership development that would focus on a particular article/ theme for discussion aligned with an organizations’ HR/ leadership team to identify topics/ themes as a continuance from your management leader development program.
