In X-Roads Advisory's first year of business, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Virginia recognized it at the inaugural Coaching Excellence Awards with a Certificate of Excellence for Emerging Organization award for supporting change management to build strong and resilient governance in partnership with the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge by providing professional coaching services to critical nonprofit partners across arts, museums, housing, child protection, animal welfare, disabilities, etc.
